Data Retention

Your data is retained with Back To Back SWE as long as you have a Back To Back SWE account.

While this will be done immediately, residual data may be saved in certain logs and this will be purged within 6 months of deleting your data. Once your data is purged, you will no longer have an account with Back To Back SWE.

The information collected by Back To Back SWE is stored and processed by Back To Back SWE’s sub-processor, Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), leveraging AWS data centers located within the continental United States. We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

  • To facilitate our Service;
  • To provide the Service on our behalf;
  • To perform Service-related services; or
